Listing Description
Coordinate executive communications (i.e. manage phone calls and e-mail correspondence)
Manage executive calendar (i.e. schedule meetings, appointments, phone conferences and travel itineraries)
Prepare executive expense report as requested (i.e. manage credit card statements and submit billing information)
Attend corporate meetings and take meeting minutes
Process internal and external corporate documents
Assist in the coordination of corporate development events
Uphold a strict level of confidentiality
Listing Requirements
Minimum of a Bachelor's degree
Minimum of 3 years of experience as an Executive Assistant
Strong organizational, time management, problem-solving and multi-tasking skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Experience in coordinating development events
Friendly and professional demeanor
